I'm sitting here listening to NPR on the radio...I love NPR. It informs you of American issues, politics, books, and it also informs you as a Utah citizen on local events, issues, famous Utahans and so much more. But as I listen to RadioWest tonight I have this overwhelming feeling of frustration. Frustration of uninformed citizens, ill-advised groups, and unaware members of society. I will not take a stand on tonight's issues discussed...that is not the point of this paragraph...however the point is one of education. We as citizens of America have no excuse for being uneducated. We have resource after resource at the tip of our fingers. We can read books, access the Internet, listen to many radio stations with different values, beliefs, and opinions. We have every opportunity to become informed on issues, politics, debates, religions, philosophies, and people. With that being said, before you make a comment, stand up for someone or something, or stand against someone or something become informed! Take an extra 10 minutes out of each day to learn the facts from both sides of whatever it is you are wanting to argue....then make your informed comment and opinion. Your comment will become more intelligent and more appealing to all listeners, readers, and friends. I respect anyone who does their research and I will most definitely hear whatever they have to say, even if we disagree. And so with that I state my own opinion and my own comment for all to read...If you chose to be un-informed...please chose to stay quiet.

PH: Sometimes Sundays are hard on the body...I have energy coming out of every pore of my body. But I have to resist the urge to run around the city half naked while chanting old high school cheers. Or worse prank calling people with a helium voice. So instead I chase MER down the stairs and tell the world about my problems with ADD and Hyperactivity. MER your turn.

Sometimes all we need is our dad. A man who knows us, loves us, and only wants total and pure happiness for us. He is the one who can help us stand up when are legs are feeble, cry when his face comes into our view, love when our heart is empty, and laugh at his made up jokes. We love our dads... you might call us daddy's girls and we are darn proud of it.
